This highly specialized role is ideally suited for distinguished retired senior officers from Government, PSUs, or Research Organizations who held a Paylevel 14 or above at retirement. The ideal candidate will possess deep, hands-on expertise in Theaterisation, Network Centric Warfare, Integrated Defence forces, and network-enabled multi-domain integration, with a proven track record of handling complex operations, trials, and mega projects. Candidates with relevant post-retirement experience are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Individuals not retired from Government/PSU/Research Organizations, those who did not achieve Paylevel 14 or above, or those lacking specific expertise in the mandated defense-related fields are not suitable. Additionally, external advisors bound by confidentiality-cum-non-compete agreements with previous employers are ineligible.
