Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For Deputation/Retired: Must be at least Joint Secretary level officer from IAS or Bihar Administrative Service (BAS).
- For Others: MBA Degree in any stream with 12 years of relevant industrial experience.
Age Limit Details
Maximum Age: 50 years for general candidates (on 01-07-2024). 62 years for retired government officials. Reserved category candidates get a 5-year age relaxation.
Salary & Pay Scale
Selected candidates are offered a fixed remuneration of Rs. 1,25,000 to 1,75,000 per month. For candidates joining on deputation, pay will be as per parent cadre rules, or for retired government personnel, it will be as per last pay minus pension rules.
