Company Commanders (Gulm Samadeshak) hold executive sub-inspector equivalent status (Pay Level-6) commanding a company of Home Guards in a district. Daily responsibilities include morning parade drilling, weapon inspections, troop management, duty roster allocation for vital installations (banks, courts, government offices), traffic management assistance, and deployment coordination with the District Police during law and order, elections, and festive bandobasts.
