All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS Jodhpur), established under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) as an Institute of National Importance, houses an advanced School of Public Health within the Department of Community Medicine and Family Medicine. Under the leadership of Dr. Manoj Kumar Gupta (Additional Professor), the extramural research project 'Strengthening gender equity in civil registration and vital statistics services in the state of Rajasthan, India' focuses on identifying systemic gaps and implementing interventions to enhance birth and death registration completeness among women and marginalized rural populations across Rajasthan. Operating from the School of Public Health at the AIIMS Jodhpur campus, the Finance & Administrative Officer manages dual portfolios: (1) project financial bookkeeping, budget utilization tracking, travel reimbursement processing, and procurement documentation in accordance with extramural funding rules; and (2) IT and data administration, including managing web portal components (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React), data entry pipelines, field survey digital database curation, and providing technical support to field investigators. The work environment is academic, multidisciplinary, community-health focused, and punctual.
