• Manager (Scale MM-II, Internal Audit - 2 Posts): Full-time Graduation (min 50% marks) AND full-time MBA/PGDBM (Finance/IB/Foreign Trade) with min 50% marks, OR Chartered Accountant (CA) with ICAI membership. Minimum 3 years experience in a scheduled commercial bank or all-India financial institution in internal/credit audit and dealing with RBI.
• Disqualifications: Correspondence, distance, or open university courses are not eligible. Candidates with CIBIL default records are barred.

2. Personal Interview (100 Marks): Shortlisted candidates based on written test scores will be interviewed in Mumbai and New Delhi.
3. Final Merit Weightage: 70% weightage for the Written Test and 30% weightage for the Personal Interview.
4. Service Bond: Selected Deputy Managers must execute a personal service bond of ₹3 Lakhs to serve the Bank for a minimum of 5 years.
