BSNL Senior Executive Trainee (Telecom & Finance) Direct Recruitment 2026 - 120 Vacancies

The Senior Executive Trainee (SET-DR) position is in the IDA pay scale [E-3], offering a salary range of Rs 24900 – Rs. 50500/- (pre-revised). Upon successful completion of probation and the initial service period, SET (DR) will be designated as Senior Executive (DR) in the E-3 Pay Scale with further career progression opportunities.

Application Process:

1. Visit the BSNL recruitment website for online registration, starting from 2026-02-05.
2. Ensure you fulfill all eligibility conditions before initiating the application process.
3. Provide accurate, complete, and correct information in your online application. Any false or misleading information will lead to disqualification.
4. Before registering and submitting your online application, keep the following documents/information readily available:
   • Your active mobile number & E-mail ID (for receiving OTPs).
   • A scanned copy of your recent passport-size color photograph with a white background (jpg/jpeg format, 20kb-50kb).
   • A scanned copy of your signature (jpg/jpeg format, 10kb-20kb).
   • Class 10th Certificate (for Date of Birth verification).
   • Degree Certificate of Essential Qualification.
   • Consolidated Marksheet/transcript of essential qualification for all semesters or years.
   • Photo identity proof (e.g., Aadhaar card, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card).
   • Valid proof of reservation category (SC/ST/EWS/PwBD, etc.), if applicable.
   • Medical Certificate for PwBD, if applicable.
5. Pay the applicable examination fee online.
6. After successful submission, take a print-out of the computer-generated registration form for your records and future reference.
7. An editing window will be available from 2026-03-08 to 2026-03-15 for candidates to edit selective fields in their application.
8. Admit cards for the Computer-Based Multiple Choice-Objective Type Test can be downloaded from the same registration link closer to the exam date.
9. Candidates currently employed with Government Departments, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies are required to produce a "No Objection Certificate" (NOC) from their employer at the time of document verification.

Please note that the fee, once paid, is non-refundable and cannot be reserved for any other examination or selection process. Additionally, a charge of Rs. 500/- per question or answer key will be levied for challenging/grievance submissions related to the provisional question/answer key.
