This role is ideal for experienced, retired/VRS opted bank officials (Scale I & above) or ex-servicemen with a strong background in banking, financial services, and IIBF certification. Candidates must be graduates, computer literate, possess excellent local language communication skills, and have at least 10 years of experience as an officer/permanent employee. A key requirement is residency in or near the specified districts of Chhattisgarh where the FLCs are located.

Individuals who lack the extensive banking/officer experience (minimum 10 years), are not graduates, or are below 45 years of age should not apply. Those unfamiliar with financial literacy promotion in rural areas or unwilling to serve on a contractual basis with fixed remuneration may also find this role unsuitable.
