Best-Fit Profile
This role is ideal for highly motivated M.Sc. Chemistry graduates, especially those with qualifications like CSIR-UGC NET or GATE. Candidates with a strong interest and practical experience in synthetic organic chemistry, including purification and characterization techniques, will find this position a significant opportunity to contribute to advanced research in molecular frameworks and natural product analogs.
Important Considerations
Individuals seeking permanent government employment should not apply, as this is a purely contractual position for one year, extendable based on performance and fund availability. Those without a foundational M.Sc. in Chemistry or relevant sub-disciplines, or without an aptitude for research in synthetic organic chemistry, may find this role unsuitable. There are no application fees, but no TA/DA will be provided for interviews.
Career Impact
Working as a Junior Research Fellow/Project Associate-I at a Central University of Rajasthan, under an ANRF-funded project, offers a prestigious opportunity to gain valuable research experience in a central government institution. This experience can be a strong stepping stone for further academic pursuits (e.g., Ph.D.) or research-oriented careers, enhancing one's profile within the scientific community.
