Educational Qualification
- Postgraduate Degree: Candidates must possess a Postgraduate degree from a recognized university in one of the following specializations: Town Planning, City Planning, Urban Planning, Housing, Country Planning, Rural Planning, Infrastructure Planning, Regional Planning, Transport Planning, Environmental Planning, or any other planning specialization approved by A.I.C.T.E.
- OR Bachelor's Degree with Experience: A Bachelor's degree (B.Tech or B.Planning) in Urban and Regional Planning along with three years of relevant work experience.
- OR Integrated Degree with Experience: An Integrated degree in Planning (leading to a Master's degree) along with two years of relevant work experience.
Age Limit Details
- Chhattisgarh Domicile: The maximum age limit is extended to 40 years.
- SC/ST/OBC (NCL) of Chhattisgarh: 5 years relaxation.
- Women (Chhattisgarh Domicile): 10 years relaxation.
