This opportunity is ideal for seasoned Finance and Company Secretary professionals holding qualifications like CA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or Company Secretary. Candidates must possess significant post-qualification experience (16-21 years), ideally gained in manufacturing organizations, listed companies, or diversified industrial groups. A proven track record at senior or mid-management levels, coupled with expertise in financial accounting, taxation, treasury management, corporate compliance, and strategic financial operations, is essential. Strong leadership skills and the ability to contribute to a PSU under the Ministry of Defence will be highly valued.

Freshers or individuals with less than 16 years of post-qualification experience are not eligible. Candidates whose experience does not align with manufacturing, listed companies, or relevant industrial sectors may find themselves at a disadvantage. Furthermore, applicants from government/PSU sectors who cannot provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or a proper relieving letter, or those whose experience is primarily freelance, should not apply, as these are mandatory requirements.
