• General Banking & Personal Assistants: Graduate Degree in any discipline.
• Specialized Officers (IT/Engineering): Full-time B.E./B.Tech (various engineering streams like Computer Science, IT, ECE, Electronics & Communications, Information Technology, Software Engineering) or MCA/M.Sc. in relevant fields.
• Forex Officer: Graduate degree in any discipline AND full-time regular MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGPM/PGDM with specialization in Finance/International Business/Trade Finance.
• Chartered Accountant roles: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
• Law Officer: Bachelor's degree in Law.
• Architect: Bachelor's degree in Architecture with valid Council of Architecture registration.
• Fire Officer: B.E. (Fire) from NFSC, Nagpur or B.E./B.Tech (Safety & Fire Engineering) or equivalent 4-year degree in Fire Safety.
• Risk Management roles: Post Graduate in Statistics/Econometrics/Data Science or B.Com/BE/B.Tech/BCA/CA/CMA/CS.
• All educational qualifications must be obtained through full-time regular courses from recognized universities/institutions.

The cut-off date for age eligibility is 2026-07-01.

Upper age limit relaxations are provided for:

• Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe: 5 years
• Other Backward Classes (Non-creamy layer): 3 years
• Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD): 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen: 5 years (for those with at least 5 years of military service)
• Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years

Relaxations are cumulative where applicable, but for OBC, candidates under the creamy layer are not entitled to reservation benefits and will be categorized as Unreserved.

Candidates must apply online through the Bank's official website only. No other mode of application will be accepted. The application process involves:

1. Application Registration: Visit www.unionbankofindia.co.in, navigate to the 'Recruitment' page, click 'View the Current Recruitment', then click on the link for "UNION BANK RECRUITMENT PROJECT 2026-27 (OFFICERS WITH DOMAIN EXPERTISE, GENERAL BANKING OFFICERS & SPECIALIST OFFICERS)" and select "CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE". For new users, click "Click here for New Registration" and provide Name, Contact details, and Email-id to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
2. Save Application: If unable to complete in one go, use the "SAVE AND NEXT" tab to save data and modify it as needed.
3. Upload Documents: Upload a scanned passport-style color photograph (20kb-50kb), signature (10kb-20kb), left thumb impression (20kb-50kb), and a hand-written declaration (50kb-100kb), all as per specified dimensions and formats.
4. Fill Details & Preview: Fill in all other required details in the application form and use the 'Preview Tab' to review thoroughly.
5. Complete Registration: Ensure all details, uploaded documents, and declaration are correct before clicking "COMPLETE REGISTRATION". No changes will be allowed afterward.
6. Payment of Fees: Proceed to the "Payment" Tab to pay the application fees online using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards, Mobile Wallets, or UPI.
7. Submit & Print: After successful payment, click 'Submit' and take a printout of the e-receipt and the system-generated online application form for future reference.

Applicants are advised to apply well before the deadline to avoid any technical issues. A valid personal email ID and mobile number must be kept active until the recruitment process is complete. Candidates should keep track of updates on the Bank's website.
