Consultant & Gym Trainer

This role is ideal for experienced and certified fitness professionals with a minimum of 7 years in gym training. Candidates should possess excellent knowledge of modern gym equipment, strong physical fitness, and exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in local languages and English. The ability to design personalized workout programs and lead group fitness classes is crucial. This is not a regular government employment contract; it's a consultancy service. Candidates seeking permanent government jobs or full-time employment with employee benefits should not apply. Individuals without at least 7 years of proven gym trainer experience, or those lacking a formal fitness/trainer certificate, will not be considered. Inability to commit to a strict split-shift schedule or provide consistent 100% attendance during peak hours are also dealbreakers.

Working with the Regional Centre for Biotechnology (RCB), an Institution of National Importance under the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, offers a level of institutional prestige. While this is a contractual consultancy, it provides an opportunity to contribute to a government-backed institution.
