Pay Scale & Monthly Remuneration
The monthly remuneration for contract engagement is regulated by Government of India/University of Delhi rules for retired employees. For GPF subscribers, the remuneration is calculated by deducting the basic pension from the last basic pay drawn at retirement. For CPF/NPS subscribers, it is 50% of the last basic pay at retirement. No annual increments or Dearness Allowance will be applicable. Transport Allowance, as per Department of Expenditure O.M. dated 07.07.2017, is admissible.
