Personnel engaged will receive Basic Pay + Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) as per prevalent rates. The minimum Basic Pay starts at Rs. 25,000/- for experience up to 5 years, with incremental increases for additional experience, up to a maximum of 40%.

Personnel are also eligible for EPF, Employees' Compensation Act benefits, Bonus (if applicable), and House Rent Allowance (HRA) depending on city classification or availability of company quarters.
