- Candidates must fill the application form completely and attach self-attested copies of all required qualification certificates.
- Applications must be submitted either in person or by speed post to the address: Administrative Secretary, District Health Society / District Health Officer's Office, 42A, Railway Road, Arignar Anna Memorial Cancer Campus, Kancheepuram District-631 501.
- Applications received after 05:45 PM on 05.12.2025 will not be accepted.
- Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview.
