DRDO CAIR Paid Internship 2026: 11 Vacancies for B.E./B.Tech Students in AI, Robotics, and Electronics

Selected candidates for the 6-month paid internship will receive a fixed stipend of Rs. 5,000/- per month. The stipend will be disbursed through electronic transfer in two equal installments: Rs. 15,000/- after 3 months and another Rs. 15,000/- after the completion of 6 months. All other personal expenditures, including lodging, boarding, transport, and medical, must be borne by the individual intern.

Interested candidates are required to apply by following these steps:

1. Download the official Application Form, which is published along with this advertisement.
2. Fill the form completely and accurately.
3. Email the duly filled application form in *.docx format only to [email protected].
4. The subject line of the email must be "Application for Internship Feb 2026".
5. Ensure the application reaches the specified email address within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.
6. The filename of the *.docx application file should be your name (all in small letters) followed by your year of birth (yyyy), without any spaces (e.g., rahul kumar who is born in 1988, the filename should be: rahul kumar 1988.docx).
7. Do not send scanned copies or PDF versions of the application form itself.
8. Attach scanned copies of the following documents (if applicable) in the email along with the application form:
   • 10th Mark Sheet
   • 12th Mark Sheet
   • Diploma Mark Sheet (if applicable)
   • Semester Mark Sheets of all completed semesters

   • Letter of Recommendation (LOR) from college head with CGPA/SGPA conversion to percentage formula
