Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Officer-in-Charge (OIC): Graduate degree required. Post reserved for Ex-Servicemen.
- Medical Officer (MO): MBBS degree. MD/MS in a specialty or additional medical/surgical qualifications are preferred.
Age Limit Details
Candidates must not have attained the maximum age limit prescribed for their respective posts as on the date of appointment. Tenure is for 12 months for civilians and 6 months for ESM, subject to performance.
Salary & Pay Scale
Remuneration for the contractual staff will be as per the prevailing scales and regulations established by the ECHS Central Organization. Detailed salary structures can be accessed on the official ECHS website.

How to Apply
- Candidates must download the application form from the official website www.echs.gov.in.
- Submit the completed application form along with self-attested photocopies of educational certificates and work experience documents.
- Applications must be submitted to the OIC, Stn HQ ECHS Cell Kanpur by 22 September 2025.
- Shortlisted candidates must attend the interview on 26 September 2025 at 08:30 AM at the Conf Hall, Stn HQ Kanpur.
- Candidates must bring all original certificates, PPO Service record, and two passport-size photographs for the interview.
