ECIL Recruitment 2026: Walk-in Selection for Various Fixed Tenure Contract Posts

Additionally, Project Engineers on Contract will receive a lump sum and one-time attire allowance of ₹8,400 after completing at least six months of tenure. Emoluments for Assistant Project Engineer, Senior Artisan, and Junior Artisan marked with '#' will be revised every six months in line with CLC (Central) guidelines. Selected candidates will also be eligible for other benefits such as medical insurance premium reimbursement, Company PF, TA/DA (on official duty), and paid leave as per extant rules.

Eligible candidates are required to attend a Walk-in Selection process in Hyderabad. The application procedure is as follows:

• Download Application Form: Candidates must download the prescribed application form from the official ECIL website (www.ecil.co.in).
• Reporting at Venue: Report to the venue with the duly filled application form and a comprehensive resume.
• Required Documents: Candidates must bring the following original certificates along with a set of self-attested photocopies for document verification:
  • 10th Class certificate or School Leaving Certificate (as proof of Date of Birth).
  • All qualification documents (Certificates & Mark sheets).
  • CGPA to percentage conversion certificate from institution/university (if required).
  • Experience certificates from previous employment, clearly mentioning the duration (from & to dates) and post held. If currently employed, a copy of the Appointment Order and recent pay slips must be produced.
  • Category certificate (EWS/OBC/SC/ST) if applying against reserved posts. OBC candidates must ensure their certificate is not older than one year from the date of selection and explicitly mentions the 'Non-Creamy Layer' clause.
  • Government-issued Identity proof (e.g., Aadhar, Passport).
  • A valid certificate for Permanent Disability (PwBD), Discharge certificate for Ex-servicemen, or relevant certificate if claiming age relaxation as a candidate from J&K (if applicable).
• Walk-in Venue: Corporate Learning & Development Centre, Nalanda Complex, Electronics Corporation of India Limited, ECIL Post, Hyderabad 500062.
• Walk-in Date & Time: Registration will be conducted on 28.04.2026 (Tuesday) from 09:00 Hrs to 11:30 Hrs only. Candidates who register within this window and are found eligible will be accommodated for interviews during the scheduled days (the selection process may extend for 2 to 3 days).

Candidates already working with any unit of Electronics Corporation of India Limited are required to obtain a no-objection letter from their respective Head of Division (HoD) and submit it during document verification.
