The required educational qualifications and experience are determined with reference to the date of the Walk-in Interview.

• Teaching Faculty (Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor): As per Medical Institutions (Qualifications of Faculty) Regulations 2025 (NMC Gazette Notification dtd.30-06-2025).
• Senior Resident: Preference will be given to candidates with a PG degree DM/M.Ch/DrNB.
• For Accident & Emergency services: Post Graduates in Critical Care are preferred as per ESIC Human Resources Norms 2023.
• For ICU positions: Critical Care Specialists/Anaesthetist/Medical Specialist/Pulmonary Medicine Specialist or Pediatric Specialist (for NICU/PICU only) as per ESIC Human Resources Norms 2023.

Equivalence of DNB with MD/MS and DM/M.Ch: DNB in broad and super specialties is equivalent to MD/MS and DM/M.Ch if granted in a medical institution with an attached hospital of 500+ beds. In other cases, senior residency for an additional year in a medical college is required for equivalence.

*No person shall serve as a teaching faculty beyond the age of Seventy (70) years.

Eligible candidates should apply for the positions through a walk-in-interview process. Applicants must bring their filled application form (prescribed pro-forma, Annexure-IV) along with required documents to the interview venue on the appointed date and time.

Documents required at the time of interview:

• Two passport-size photographs.
• One set of self-attested copies of testimonials along with originals for verification:
  • Proof of age (10th Certificate/Birth certificate).
  • Identity Proof (PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card etc).
  • Address Proof (Ration Card, Passport, Driving License, Voter Card, Aadhar Card etc).
  • SSLC/Matriculation Certificate or equivalent.
  • Educational Qualifications, Experience Certificate & Research Publications.
  • Valid certificate of registration with concerned Medical Council.
  • Reservation category certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PH).
  • No Objection Certificate from present employer (if applicable).
  • Any other relevant documents.

Venue of Interview: Conference Hall, 2nd floor, ESIC Super Specialty Hospital, Sanathnagar, Hyderabad.

Reporting Time for Document Verification: Candidates must report one hour prior to their interview time for document verification. Only candidates whose documents are verified will be allowed to attend the walk-in-interview.

Candidates applying for multiple posts in the same/other department must submit separate applications for each.
