ESIC Recruitment 2025: Apply for Assistant Engineer (Electrical) Post in Chandigarh

The remuneration for the post is as follows:

• For retired employees from pensionable Government employment: Consolidated monthly remuneration will be based on extant Government norms, calculated by deducting the pension amount from the last drawn basic salary.
• For retired employees from non-pensionable or Semi-Government employment (e.g., Autonomous bodies, PSUs): A fixed consolidated amount of Rs. 45,000/- per month will be provided.

Additionally, TA/DA for official tours will be admissible as per corporate regulations. No other allowances such as DA, HRA, CCA, or Transport Allowance will be payable.
