FACT Recruitment 2025 for Draughtsman Posts on Contract Basis

The consolidated monthly pay is based on the candidate's relevant experience:

• With 2 years of experience: Rs. 26,530/- per month.
• With 1 to less than 2 years of experience: Rs. 25,750/- per month.
• With less than 1 year or no experience: Rs. 25,000/- per month.

An annual increase of 3% is applicable upon successful completion of each year. Other benefits like Leave, ESI, Provident Fund, Shift allowance, and TA/DA will be as per company rules.

The application process involves two main stages:

1. Online Submission:
   • Candidates must visit the official FACT website at www.fact.co.in and navigate to the 'Careers' -> 'Job Openings' section.
   • Fill out the Online Form with all necessary details.
   • Download the prescribed 'Application Form', manually fill it, sign it, and affix a photograph.
   • Upload the scanned PDF of this filled application form.
   • Submit the online application by 4:00 PM on 16.12.2025.
2. Postal Submission:
   • Send the original, physically filled Application Form (the same one that was uploaded) along with self-attested copies of all relevant documents (Proof of Date of Birth, Educational Certificates, Experience Certificates, Caste/PWBD Certificate, Aadhaar card).
   • The envelope must be superscribed with “Application for the post of Draughtsman (Mention Discipline)-Ad.11/2025”.
   • Mail it via Speed Post/Registered Post to: DGM (HR), HR Department, FEDO Building, FACT, Udyogamandal, PIN–683501.
   • The documents must reach the address on or before 22.12.2025.

Important: Applications will be rejected if both the online form is not submitted and the physical application is not received by post.
