Foreigners Tribunal Goalpara Recruitment 2026: Walk-in Interview for Copyist Post

Essential Qualifications & Technical Skills:
• Educational Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2) passed in any stream from a recognized Board or Council.
• Computer & Typing Certification: Minimum 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Applications (DCA) or IT from a registered institution with proficiency in MS Office, English typing, and Assamese typing.
• Language & Handwriting: Good command over both English and Assamese languages with legible handwriting.
• Employment Exchange: Active Employment Exchange Registration Certificate from Government of Assam is mandatory.
• Local Preference: Preference in case of equal scores will be given to candidates residing in Goalpara district.

Candidate must be between 18 and 40 years of age as on 01.01.2026. Standard upper age relaxations apply: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates as per Government of Assam rules.

• Eligible candidates are invited to attend a Walk-In-Interview on September 10, 2026.
• The interview will be held at the Conference Hall of Goalpara Municipality Board, Goalpara, Kacharighat, Goalpara.
• Candidates must report to the venue between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM. Those arriving after 12:30 PM will not be considered.
• Applicants must submit their applications in the Standard Form of Application (Assam Gazette Part-IX), along with two sets of self-attested Xerox copies of all required documents.
• Candidates must produce all relevant original and legally valid testimonials at the time of the interview for verification.
• Required documents include: HS or equivalent pass certificate & marksheet, Diploma in computer application certificate, Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate, HSLC Certificate or Admit Card/Birth Certificate for age proof, Caste Certificate (if applicable), and No Objection Certificate (if applicable) for candidates already working.
