HAL Recruitment 2025 for 2 Ex-Servicemen (Technician) Posts

The remuneration for the Ex-Servicemen (Technician) post on a tenure basis is structured as follows:

• Scale: Minimum Scale-6(D6)
• Basic Pay: Rs. 23,000/- per month
• Dearness Allowance (DA): At applicable rates
• House Rent Allowance (HRA): At applicable rates
• Perks: 25% of Basic Pay
• Medical Expenses: Lumpsum of Rs. 1500/- (if applicable)

The approximate consolidated monthly remuneration is Rs. 47,564/-. An annual increment of 3% is admissible subject to satisfactory performance.

Eligible and interested candidates must apply offline by following these steps:

1. Download the prescribed application format (Annexure-I) from the HAL website careers section.
2. Fill out the application form neatly (typed or handwritten) on A-4 size paper.
3. Affix a self-attested recent passport-size photograph.
4. Enclose the proof of online payment or the original counterfoil of the Challan (HAL Copy).
5. Superscribe the envelope with "Application for the post of Ex-Servicemen (Technician)-Engine Division".
6. Send the completed application form via Ordinary Post, Speed Post, Registered Post, or Courier to the following address:

The application fee is Rs. 200/- (inclusive of 18% GST), payable through a Bank Challan. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWBD categories are exempted from fee payment. The fee is non-refundable.
