Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be serving Officers holding the post of Stenographer under the Central Government, State Government, Union Territories (UTs), Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), recognized Research Institutes, Universities, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organizations. They should be holding analogous posts on a regular basis in their parent cadre/department.
Age Limit Details
The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation basis shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of the application.

Eligible candidates are required to submit their application in the prescribed format (Annexure-II) through proper channel. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:
- Copy of Cadre clearance/NOC
- Experience Certificate
- Educational Qualification Certificate
- Last 05 years ACRS/APARs
- Integrity & Vigilance Clearance Certificate
Duly filled applications, along with all requisite enclosures, must reach the HQ Army Training Command within 30 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.
