Job Analysis

AI-generated insights

Best-Fit Profile

This role is most suitable for recent graduates (B.Tech, BVSc & AH, or general graduate) with at least one year of relevant experience, who are keen on short-term, project-based roles within a prestigious agricultural research institution. Individuals seeking a stepping stone into government or research sectors to gain valuable experience will find these positions particularly beneficial.

Important Considerations

Those aspiring for permanent government employment or high-paying, long-term careers should not apply, as these are temporary and contractual positions with a fixed monthly emolument. Candidates lacking the specified minimum experience or the exact degrees required for each post, or those unable to attend the walk-in interview with all original documents and a 'No Objection Certificate' (if applicable), should also avoid applying.

Career Impact

ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (ICAR-NDRI) is a nationally recognized, premier institute under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). While these positions are contractual, working at such a respected government research environment offers invaluable experience and exposure, which can significantly enhance future career prospects in both the government and private sectors. However, there is no guarantee of permanent absorption into the institute.
