Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Option 1: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil + M.Tech with a valid GATE score.
  • Option 2: MSc in Earth Sciences / Geology / Geophysics / Environmental Sciences with a valid GATE / NET score.
  • A minimum of 7.0 CGPA OR 65 Percent Marks is required, from class 10th to Post Graduate Degree.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Theoretical, experimental, and numerical simulations knowledge on sediment transport, fluid mechanics and turbulence.
  • Software skills: Ansys Fluent, or C/C++/Python/MATLAB.

Age Limit Details

The maximum age limit is 35 years. The upper age limit is relaxable by up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Woman and Physically Handicapped candidates.

Salary & Pay Scale

The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of Rs. 31,000 per month plus a 24% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
