IIT BHU Recruitment 2025 – 02 Junior Research Fellow Posts

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): INR 37,000 + 18% HRA per month.
• Senior Research Fellow (SRF): INR 41,000 + 18% HRA per month (if the candidate continues as JRF for two years satisfactorily).
