This Project Assistant role is ideally suited for individuals holding a BSc in Psychology who are eager to contribute to significant research on Substance Use Disorder. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali, coupled with a willingness to travel within Kolkata for field data collection. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in relevant research settings, including hospitals, clinical environments, or de-addiction centers, and those with a foundational understanding of research methodology and statistics.

Candidates who do not possess a BSc in Psychology or are unwilling to engage in a contractual, project-specific role for two years should not apply. Individuals who are not prepared for field work involving travel to de-addiction centers and clinical sites within Kolkata, or those lacking basic research skills, may find this role unsuitable. There are no provisions for travel or daily allowances for attending the interview.
