For RA-III (any one of the following options):
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in a relevant engineering field with a minimum of 75% marks, AND 8 years of R&D experience.
- Option 2: Master's degree (M.Tech/M.E.) in a relevant specialization with a minimum of 75% marks, AND 6 years of R&D experience.
- Option 3: Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) in a relevant specialization along with M.Tech/M.E. and B.Tech/B.E. degrees.
For Project Associate-I:
- B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Science and Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks (or 6.5/10 CGPA).
- A valid GATE score is preferred.
