Educational Qualification
Candidates must meet the criteria from one of the following options:
- Option A: M.E./M.Tech./MS(R) or equivalent degree in CSE / ECE / EE with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Option B: B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. in CSE / ECE / EE with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA. A valid GATE qualification is mandatory for B.Tech candidates.
A 5% relaxation in marks is provided for SC/ST/PwD/EWS/OBC-NCL candidates. Students awaiting final results may also apply.
Age Limit Details

Salary & Pay Scale
- For the first two years: Rs. 37,000/- per month + 18% HRA as applicable.
