Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field with a strong foundation in distributed systems and cryptography.
Required Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of consensus algorithms (PoS, PBFT, Raft, Tendermint) and their suitability for sovereign, auditable networks.
- Expertise in cryptography including hashing, signatures, zk-SNARKS, and threshold/MPC for privacy-preserving identity management.
- Experience with token economics, asset lifecycle modelling, and designing for interoperability.
- Familiarity with verifiable credentials, decentralised identifiers (DID), and agent-to-agent protocol frameworks.
