• Consolidated Salary: Ranges from Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 27,500/- (calculated as Rs. 20,000 + 1500 x 5).
• Annual Performance Incentive: Rs. 1,500/- based on satisfactory review and performance.
• Fixed Conveyance Allowance: Rs. 2,000/- per month (on declaration basis, subject to completion of minimum visits for conducting EAPs, Follow up etc.).
• Mobile Allowance: Rs. 300/- per month.
