Educational Qualification
Qualifications vary by post:
- Scientists: M.Tech/Masters in Atmospheric Science, Meteorology, Physics, or related fields (min 60% marks).
- Section Officer: Bachelor's degree.
- UDC: Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
Age Limit Details
Relaxations for SC/ST, OBC, Physical handicapped, and ex-servicemen are applicable as per Government of India norms.
Salary & Pay Scale
Emoluments are as follows (plus HRA):
- Project Scientist D: Rs. 68,000/-
- Project Scientist C: Rs. 58,000/-
- Project Scientist B: Rs. 49,000/-
- Section Officer: Rs. 44,900/-
- UDC: Rs. 25,500/-
