Interested and eligible Indian citizens should apply for these positions on an absorption basis by following the steps below:
- Fill out the Application Form as per Annexure-II (for absorption) and attach all requisite enclosures mentioned in Para 20 of the notification.
- Clearly superscribe the envelope with "Application for the post of [Post Name]".
- Submit the duly filled application form and enclosures by post/courier or by dropping it personally to the following address:

- Candidates currently serving in Railways, other Government departments, Central PSUs, Ports, or JV Companies under Government Control must submit their application through proper channels. They will also be required to provide a "No Objection Certificate" from their employer if shortlisted for a personal interview.
- Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility criteria before submitting their application, as candidature will be purely provisional.
