- For Intermediate Trained Special Education Assistant Teacher (Classes 1-5): Candidates need to have passed 10+2/Intermediate or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for specific batches) AND possess an RCI recognized diploma/certificate in special education (such as 2-year D.Ed Special Education, 1-year DSE, various 6-month certificate courses in special needs, etc.) with a valid RCI CRR Number. Passing the Jharkhand Teacher Eligibility Test (J-TET) for classes 1-5 is also mandatory.
- For Graduate Trained Special Education Assistant Teacher (Classes 6-8): Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree (minimum three years) in the relevant subject (Science & Math, Social Science, or Language) with at least 50% marks (45% for specific batches) AND an RCI recognized B.Ed. in Special Education or B.Ed. (General) with a 1 or 2-year Diploma in Special Education, all with a valid RCI CRR Number. RCI registration and passing the J-TET for classes 6-8 are also essential.

- Login Credentials: Upon successful registration, your registration number and password will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID. Keep these safe for future logins.
- Fill Application Form: Log in using your credentials and fill in all detailed information accurately. Save each page as you proceed. Ensure your name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number are entered correctly as these cannot be modified later.
- Fee Payment: After completing the form, log in again after 12:00 PM on the next day and pay the examination fee. Use the 'Submit To Proceed Payment' option, select 'JIGTSEATCCE-2025' category, and enter your registration number to pay.
- Upload Documents: One day after fee payment, log in again and upload your scanned photograph and full signature.
- Final Submission & Printout: Review all entered information carefully. If satisfied, submit the application form. Take a printout of the submitted application for your records.
Candidates are advised to re-check all entries before final submission to avoid any errors, as incorrect information may lead to rejection of candidature.
