This role is ideal for highly accomplished, senior academicians who have served as a Professor for at least 10 years (or held equivalent research/administrative leadership roles) and possess excellent institutional vision, administrative acumen, and academic leadership credentials.

This is one of the highest-prestige executive-academic roles in North-East India. As the academic and administrative head of NEHU (a prominent Central University), the selected candidate will enjoy high administrative authority, a fixed apex salary of Rs. 2,10,000 per month, and direct influence over regional higher education policy.
