Ministry of Home Affairs Recruitment 2025 - 16 Police Officer & Other Posts for UN Secondment

The posts are offered at various professional levels (P-3, P-4, and P-5) within the United Nations pay scale system. While specific salary figures are not provided, compensation includes a comprehensive package of benefits and entitlements as per UN regulations for seconded officers, which may cover salary, rental subsidies, dependency allowances, travel expenses, and education grants.

Eligible and willing officers currently in active police service must submit their nominations through the proper channel. The application process is as follows:

1. Ensure you meet all eligibility criteria, including rank, experience, and educational qualifications for the desired post.
2. Obtain necessary approvals and clearances, including Vigilance and Cadre Clearance, from your respective Ministry/Department/State/UT/Organization. Applications must be forwarded through the appropriate channel (e.g., Home Department of the State).
3. Prepare the required documents, including:
   • Duly completed and signed Personal History Profile (P-11)
   • Employment and Academic Certification (EAC)
   • Human Rights Certificate
   • APAR/ACR grading for the last five years (grading only, no copies of ACRs required)
4. Submit all documents in separate PDF files via email to the Ministry of Home Affairs.

6. The last date for the receipt of nominations by the Ministry is 05th February 2026. Applications received after this deadline will not be considered.
