Applicants must hold a Regular Graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks and a Regular Post-Graduation degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA) from a reputed institution. Specific specializations are required depending on the post:
- Associate Vice President - Agri, Livestock, and Fisheries Solutions: Specialisation in technical fields such as finance, agri-business, dairy, fishery, livestock, food processing, rural development, food technology, agri & allied sector, civil engineering, or business administration.
- Associate Vice President - Human Resource: MBA/PGDM or an equivalent qualification in HR with a major subject in HR/Industrial Relations.
