NALCO Manager Recruitment 2026 - 48 Vacancies (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, E&I)

NALCO offers a comprehensive compensation package, including Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance (IDA pattern), Perks (35% of basic pay), Performance Related Pay, Company accommodation or HRA, Medical facilities for self and family, Post-Retirement Medical Benefit, Leave Encashment, NPS, Contributory Provident Fund, and Group Insurance, as per company rules.

For candidates from Private/other sectors, their present Cost to Company (CTC) should not be less than the comparable CTC of Rs. 22.82 Lakhs per annum to be eligible for these positions.

Interested Indian Nationals must apply online through the career section of the NALCO website (www.nalcoindia.com). Applications submitted via any other mode will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected.

Steps for Online Application and Payment:

1. Visit the NALCO website and navigate to the career section.
2. Read the instructions carefully and fill in the online application form with accurate information.
3. Candidates must upload a self-attested scanned copy of their recent passport size color photograph, signature, qualification proofs, proof related to experience, recent salary slip, and documents related to existing employers or annual IT returns.
4. Pay the application fee through SBI Collect:
   • Click on 'Pay Application fee through SBI Collect', which will redirect you to the State Bank Collect page.
   • Select 'Odisha' under 'State of the Corporate/Institution' and 'PSU- Public Sector Undertaking' under 'type of Corporate / Institution'.
   • Select 'NATIONAL ALUMINIUM COMPANY LTD'.
   • Choose 'Recruitment- 10260105 (For UR/OBC/EWS)' or 'Recruitment- 10260105 (For SC/ST/ PwBD)' as applicable.
   • Fill in required details (Name, Discipline, Category, Date of Birth, Registered Email ID, Mobile No.) on the Payment portal and submit. Ensure these details match the registration process.
   • Confirm details on the next screen and proceed to payment using Net Banking/Debit Card/UPI.
   • Upon successful payment, an e-receipt with the SB Collect Reference Number will be generated. Candidates must print this e-receipt and note down the Reference Number.
5. Enter the SBI Collect Reference Number and date of payment into the NALCO online application form.
6. Ensure all details are correct as no changes will be entertained after the online application is submitted. Applying for more than one post will lead to cancellation of candidature.
7. Keep a copy of the submitted online application (hard copies) and documents for future reference; there is no need to send hard copies by post.

All computations of age, experience requirement, and qualification shall be done with reference to 02/02/2026.

• UR, OBC & EWS Candidates: Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) towards Application Fee & Processing Fee.
• SC/ST/PwBD Candidates: Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) as Processing Fee.

Internal candidates are exempt from any application fee. The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances and can be paid through internet banking, UPI, or debit card. Bank charges, if any, will be borne by NALCO.
