National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) is a Joint Venture of the Government of India and participating State Governments (Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh). Operating under the administrative control of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, NCRTC is mandated to implement the 'Namo Bharat Project' in the National Capital Region (NCR). This project aims to ensure balanced and sustainable urban development through enhanced connectivity and access via a new, dedicated, high-speed, rail-based commuter service. NCRTC's projects provide vital transport infrastructure, catalyze suburban development, create jobs, and offer significant learning and career opportunities in large infrastructure projects.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a B.E./ B. Tech. (Electrical) or its equivalent (Full Time) degree. All essential qualifications must be from a UGC recognized Indian University, UGC recognized Indian Deemed University, or an AICTE approved course from Autonomous Indian Institutions/concerned statutory council (wherever applicable). Only full-time regular courses will be considered.

Age Limit Details

Candidates should not exceed 45 years of age as on 24/11/2025. The minimum age for application is 18 years. Age and minimum educational qualifications must be fulfilled as of the closing date of application receipt. Specific age relaxations for reserved categories are not mentioned.

Salary & Pay Scale

Basic Pay will be as applicable in the grade, which is Level E4 (Rs. 70000 - 200000 IDA scale). Additional emoluments include HRA/Lease, Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) at applicable rates, Perks, and other allowances under the Cafeteria Approach as per extant Company Rules.

Before applying, candidates should have a valid E-mail ID and Mobile Number, a scanned copy of a self-attested recent passport-size colored photograph (3.5 X 4.5 cm, file size up to 100 kb, .jpg/.jpeg format only), and a scanned copy of signature (signed on white paper with blue/black pen, file size up to 100 kb, .jpg/.jpeg format only) ready.
Candidates need to upload self-attested copies of the following documents:
- 10th Certificate/Birth Certificate
- Degree Certificate of Graduation
- Appointment letter, Joining Order and latest salary slip of present organization
- Experience Certificate/ (s) & Duty allocation orders
- Copies of the APARs (Last Three Years)
- Office Orders indicating promotions
- Experience/ Service Certificate/ Relieving order issued by previous organizations
- Form-16/ ITR
- Last 6 months' bank statement
- Last 3 months' salary slips
After submitting the online application, candidates are required to download the Application Form generated by the system (with Unique Registration Number), take a printout, attach supporting documents, and send it by hand/post within 5 days (i.e., by 24/12/2025) to:
Career Cell, HR Department, Gatishakti Bhawan, National Capital Region Transport Corporation, INA Colony, New Delhi - 110023.
