The National e-Governance Division (NeGD) is an independent business division under the Digital India Corporation, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. NeGD plays a pivotal role in supporting the Ministry in Programme Management and implementation of e-Governance projects at both Central and State levels. It spearheads various initiatives under the Digital India Programme, such as DigiLocker and UMANG, and provides technical and strategic support for e-Governance projects, contributing to the digital empowerment of citizens.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Essential:
- Graduation in B.E/ B.Tech/ BCA/ B.Sc (IT)/ B.Sc (CS).
- Post-Graduation: M.Tech / M.S. / MBA or equivalent in related fields.
- Certifications in Project/Program Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile frameworks) of minimum 6 months duration.
- Certifications in TOGAF / ITIL / ISO 27001 / Emerging Technologies (e.g., Blockchain, AI/ML, Cloud Computing, Big Data) of minimum 6 months duration.
- Certifications in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Government-specific programs.
Age Limit Details
The age limit shall not exceed 55 years as on the closing date of receipt of application (05.12.2025).
Salary & Pay Scale
The salary offered will be commensurate with market standards, with a maximum budget of 33.60 LPA, whichever is lower.
