National Health Mission Kalahandi Recruitment 2026: 28 Contractual Medical Officer & Clinical Psychologist Vacancies

• For Medical Officer AYUSH posts: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Homeopathic Medicine & Surgery (BHMS) from a recognized university. Additionally, completion of an internship training and valid registration from the Odisha State Council / Board of Homeopathic Medicine are mandatory. Provisional registration certificates are not accepted.
• For Clinical Psychologist-NMHP: Applicants require a Post Graduate degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Applied Psychology. This must be supplemented with an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology or Medical & Social Psychology, obtained from a UGC recognized and RCI approved university after completing a two-year full-time course that includes supervised clinical training. Proficiency in Odia up to the M.E standard is also required.
• General Requirement: All candidates must demonstrate proficiency in Odia by being able to read, write, and speak the language. This can be evidenced by having passed Odia as a language subject in middle school, matriculation, or Class VII, or by passing a specific Odia test.

The lower age limit for all posts is 21 years as on 01-01-2026. The upper age limit is 38 years for Medical Officer posts and 45 years for the Clinical Psychologist post, both as on 01-01-2026.

• Age relaxation will be applicable as per Odisha Reservation of Vacancies (ORV) rules.
• For eligible employees of OSH & FW Society, age relaxation of 1 year for each completed contractual term (11 months each) up to a maximum of 10 years will be allowed, provided they have completed at least three terms of service and have 'Outstanding' or 'Very Good' remarks in their PAR for the preceding three terms. The upper age ceiling for such candidates is 55 years.
