National Medical Library Recruitment 2025 for Library & Information Assistant Vacancy

The post is classified as General Central Service, Group 'B' Non-Gazetted Non-Ministerial. Officers selected for appointment on deputation will be entitled to draw pay and allowances in accordance with the instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time.

Eligible and interested candidates must apply through the proper channel by following these steps:

1. Prepare the application in the prescribed proforma (Bio-Data/Curriculum Vitae).
2. Attach the following documents, duly attested by a Group 'A' Officer:
   • APARs for the last 5 years.
   • Vigilance Clearance Certificate.
   • Integrity Certificate.
   • A statement confirming that no minor/major penalty has been imposed in the last ten years.
3. The concerned Department must verify the candidate's particulars and eligibility before forwarding the application.
4. Send the completed application to the following address: The Director, National Medical Library, Ring Road, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi - 110029.
5. The application must reach the destination within 45 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.

Applications that are incomplete, received without the required documents, or submitted after the prescribed date will be rejected.
