This role is ideally suited for highly experienced, retired professionals from Central/State Governments, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies. Candidates must possess a Civil Engineering degree and have served at a senior level (equivalent to Executive Engineer or above). Individuals who are not retired from relevant government or PSU service at a senior engineering level, or who lack specific, extensive experience in contract management and dispute resolution for infrastructure projects, should not apply.
