NHSRCL Assistant Manager (Design-Structure) Recruitment 2026: 3 Vacancies

This role is most suitable for highly experienced Civil/Structural Engineers holding a B.E/B.Tech (with an M.E/M.Tech being desirable) and possessing at least 4 years of post-qualification experience. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in the structural design of bridges, viaducts, and elevated stations, particularly for high-speed rail or metro projects, and be proficient in industry-standard design software like MIDAS CIVIL, SOFISTIK, and STAAD PRO/ETABS. Professionals currently working in Central PSUs, government departments, or the private sector with a strong background in large-scale infrastructure design are well-suited for this permanent position.

This role is not suitable for freshers or candidates lacking specific, relevant experience in structural design for railway/metro infrastructure. Individuals without a foundational B.E/B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering or those who do not demonstrate proficiency in the required structural design software should not apply. Additionally, candidates unwilling or unable to commit to a minimum service period (3 years with a surety bond) will find this opportunity unsuitable.
