Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Essential Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in ECE with a minimum of 60% marks (or 6 CGPA on a 10-point scale), OR M.E/M.Tech/MS in ECE (specializing in optics, photonics, or allied fields) with a minimum of 60% marks (or 6 CGPA). Current second-year M.E/M.Tech students can also apply.
- Desired Qualification: Good knowledge in fiber optics, photonics technology, mathematical modelling, and simulation software like MATLAB/Optisystem/Photonics. A GATE score is preferable.
- Selected candidates are eligible for the Ph.D. degree at NIT Warangal as per institute rules.
Age Limit Details
Age relaxation will be as per government norms and guidelines.
Salary & Pay Scale
The emoluments for the post are as follows:
- Rs. 37,000 per month for the first two years.
- Rs. 42,000 per month for the third year.
HRA will be provided based on project and Institute norms.
