Educational Qualifications for Direct Recruitment:
- Assistant Administrative Officer: Master's Degree in Social Work or Business Administration with specialization in Personnel Management/Human Relations from a University established by Law.
- Assistant Accounts Officer: Master's Degree in Commerce or B.Com with MBA in Finance from a University established by Law.
- Assistant Labour and Welfare Officer: Post-graduation in Social Work (MSW) with specialization in Industrial Relations / Personnel Management / Labour Welfare from a University established by Law.
- Assistant Law Officer: Degree in Law from a University established by Law.
- Assistant Mechanical Engineer: Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a University established by Law.
- Assistant Traffic Manager: Post-graduation in MBA with specialization in Transportation/Marketing/MSW in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations OR BE in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a University established by Law.
- Assistant Labour Welfare Officer: Bachelor's Degree from a University established by Law.
- Assistant Traffic Manager: Bachelor's Degree from a University established by Law.
- Assistant Mechanical Engineer: Bachelor's Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering from a University established by Law.
- Assistant Law Officer: Degree in Law from a University established by Law.
Mandatory Requirements for certain posts: For Assistant Mechanical Engineer and Assistant Traffic Manager (both Direct and Internal), candidates must possess a valid HTV Driving License or obtain one within the probation period, failing which the appointment will be cancelled.
A certificate in Computer Knowledge (MS Office & Desktop Publishing with Kannada software) from Keonics or other Karnataka Government recognized institutions is mandatory before the end of the probationary period.
