Northern Railway Recruitment 2025 – 21 Sports Person Posts

Candidates must apply online through the official RRC website (www.rrcnr.org). The steps are as follows:

1. Click on the BOX given at the end of the notification undertaking by the candidate.
2. Click on "APPLY ONLINE". A login box will appear with options for "Login for already Registered Candidates" and "New Application".
3. Complete the online application from Part I to Part IV. Candidates can take a print of the Payment slip and application for future reference. The application must be completed in all respects within the last date for online application submission.
4. Candidates must upload the following documents/certificates with the online application:
   • Proof of date of birth (10th or Matric pass certificate).
   • Proof of Essential educational qualification (12th or Graduation) and Sports qualification as prescribed.
   • Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC), Minority/EWS certificate in prescribed format (Annexure-I to V, downloadable from RRC website).

Failure to upload required documents or submit an incomplete/illegible application may lead to rejection of candidature.

The application fee is payable through ONLINE MODE:

• For all candidates except SC/ST, Women, Minorities, and EBC: Rs. 500/-. An amount of Rs. 400/- will be refunded after deducting bank charges if the candidate appears in the Trial.
• For SC/ST, Women, Minorities, and Economically Backward Classes (EBC): Rs. 250/-. This fee will be refunded after deducting bank charges if the candidate appears in the Trial.

Minority candidates claiming fee exemption/refund must upload a self-declaration and furnish a minority community declaration affidavit at the time of document verification. EBC candidates (family income less than Rs. 50,000/- per annum) must upload an income certificate/BPL Card/Izzat MST.
