Para Legal Volunteer

This role is most suitable for individuals passionate about social service, legal awareness, and community outreach. Ideal candidates include retired teachers/government servants, senior citizens, sociology students/teachers, Anganwadi workers, social workers, or anyone dedicated to assisting vulnerable sections of society at the district/taluka level. A basic 12th-pass qualification and proficiency in Hindi (reading and writing in Devnagari script) are essential. Candidates must be residents of the Sri Ganganagar district.

Individuals seeking permanent government employment, high salaries, or contractual positions should not apply, as this is a voluntary, honorarium-based role offering Rs. 750/- per day and is explicitly not a government service. Those not residing in Sri Ganganagar district are also not eligible.

This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute significantly to legal aid and awareness at the grassroots level, working under the District Legal Services Authority. While it does not offer conventional career progression or a high salary, it provides meaningful experience in social service and legal awareness, enhancing an individual's civic contribution and understanding of the legal system within their local community.
