Dy. Chief Engineer Civil

This role is ideal for experienced Civil Engineering professionals already serving within Major Port Authorities or other Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies. Candidates should possess a Civil Engineering degree, a substantial 12 years of executive experience in planning, construction, design, or maintenance, preferably within marine or port infrastructure. The position requires a strong record, as selection is merit-based, with ACRs/APARs benchmarked at 'Very Good'. The 'Absorption through Composite Method' implies an internal or inter-departmental transfer focus.

Freshers or candidates with less than 12 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, especially outside port or related government undertakings, should not apply. Individuals who do not meet the strict eligibility criteria for absorption or deputation from existing government service would be ineligible. Additionally, candidates with a history of major/minor penalties or pending vigilance/disciplinary cases within the last 10 years would find this role unsuitable.
